Contracted Director of Nursing

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to provide contracted leadership services for a healthcare facility in Windham New Hampshire. • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a hospice skilled nursing long-term care rehabilitation or post-acute care setting
• Minimum of three (3) years of Director of Nursing Assistant Director of Nursing or equivalent nursing management experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of CMS regulations state survey processes infection control standards and quality improvement programs
• Current CPR certification
• Strong leadership organizational communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience with electronic medical records and healthcare compliance systems preferred

• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Experience serving as an Interim or Contract Director of Nursing
• Track record of successful survey outcomes and quality improvement initiatives
• Certification in Nursing Administration or Long-Term Care Nursing preferred
