• Review and analyze business and financial information including credit reports bank agreements and financial statements.
• Evaluate risk quality and ensure underwriting decisions align with internal guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with agents brokers and internal teams.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.
• Manage a diverse set of responsibilities with strong organization and follow-through.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to agency partners.
• Make timely informed underwriting decisions using sound judgment.
• Operate with integrity accountability and professionalism.
• Stay informed on industry trends market conditions and regulatory developments.
• Utilize independent decision-making to support business goals and profitable growth.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred fields of study: Finance Accounting Business or related disciplines.
• 3 years of relevant experience (surety credit analysis financial analysis construction finance underwriting etc.).
• Strong analytical communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned regional territory.
• Comfort working in a hybrid office environment.
