Scope of Work

• Draft review and provide high-quality templates samples and annotated examples of the following agreement types:
• Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Lease Agreements
• Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements
• Marketing Agreements
• Licensing Agreements
• Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards industry best practices and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well-structured high-quality documents that contribute to the projects AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally both in writing and verbally to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements including MSAs lease agreements IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
• Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.
