Job Description:

Education/Certifications Mandatory:

• Bachelors degree

Work Experience Mandatory:

• with at least five (5) years of experience in cradle-to-grave contracting.
• Previous ICE (Integrated Contracts Expert) experience is preferred.

References/Certificates/Diplomas Required:

• Current or previous FAC-C Certification or civilian equivalent is required.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Perform cradle-to-grave acquisition support including pre-award solicitation evaluation award and post-award contract administration.
• Prepare and review acquisition documents conduct market research develop solicitations and maintain complete contract files.
• Support proposal evaluations pricing analyses negotiations contract awards and FPDS reporting while ensuring compliance with FAR HHSAR and CDC policies.
• Process contract modifications option exercises de-obligations and provide contract administration support to program offices.
• Prepare status reports track procurement actions and PALT metrics and ensure timely delivery of procurement files and deliverables.
