Qualifications for this Career Opportunity

  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.

  • Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others maintaining them over time.

  • Ability to operate a personal computer and general office equipment as necessary to complete essential functions including using spreadsheets word processing database email internet and other computer programs.

  • Meet minimum qualifications:

    • High School or GED equivalent

    • Two years of support experience with contracts and/or related high-level administrative support.

    • Preferred experience with editing and drafting government contracts and amendments.

    • Other combinations of directly related education and experience may be considered on a case- by- case basis.

This position may be eligible for partial teleworkwithin the state of conditions will be provided by the supervisor and must adhere to state policy.

This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.00 an hour base pay increase effective July 1 2026.

The Early Childhood and Family Support Division works with community providers across the state and is home to many early childhood and family support programs including but not limited to: child care; serving children with developmental delays; supporting families through nutrition education and support home visiting and child abuse prevention efforts.
