Contract Review Specialist

Job Summary
Contract Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Draft and review multiple types of contract agreements;
- Manage contract data for timeliness accuracy and quality;
- Maintain complete accurate and up-to-date contract files;
- Negotiate and correspondence with subcontractors and clients;
- Monitor contract compliance;
- Assist with responding to client questionnaires as part of the vendor setup process and addressing legal related questions from clients;
- Negotiates with customers to draw up client contracts: Negotiating extensions terminations and renegotiating contracts;
- Evaluates or monitors contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts and compliance with contractual obligations;
- Approves or rejects requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules in accordance with internal policy;

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office advanced Excel Powerpoint and Internet research;
- Solid understanding and demonstration of client confidentiality;
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment manage competing demands and deal with frequent change delays or unexpected events;
- Critical thinking skills using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions conclusions or approaches to problems;
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree and at least two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Paralegal degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Word Excel PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of FAR & DFARS rules and regulations;
- Experience in negotiation.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information :
Position is full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with additional hours as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster PA are encouraged to apply.
