Job Summary

EverMed Exams contracts with Nurse Practitioners to perform mental status exams for Social Security disability and we are currently looking for help on Saturdays in Santa Fe.
Our clinics are on Saturdays and can be planned around your availability. Here are a few more details:
  • Clinics are on Saturdays from 8am to 6pm
  • Exams take 40 minutes and you will be paid $66 per exam.
  • We have an insurance policy in place to cover you while doing exams for us.
  • No EMR paper charts are used
We do not make a decision whether people receive disability payments. Social Security uses the information provided by our medical exams as an additional piece of information in their decision process.


Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Mexico
  • Ability to conduct mental status examinations for Social Security disability evaluations
  • Availability to work Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (schedule can be planned around your availability)
  • Comfortable completing paper charts (no EMR used)
  • Ability to complete 40-minute examinations and document findings clearly
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Professional and neutral evaluation approach (exams are for documentation only; providers do not determine disability eligibility)
