Job Summary

EverMed Exams contracts with Nurse Practitioners to perform mental status exams for Social Security disability and we are currently looking for help on Saturdays at our Hattiesburg MS location.

Our clinics are on Saturdays and we are looking for someone who can commit to working 2 Saturdays per month. Here are a few more details:

  • Clinics are on Saturdays from 8am to 6pm
  • Exams take 30 minutes and you will be paid $50 per exam.
  • We have an insurance policy in place to cover you while doing exams for us.
  • No EMR paper charts are used

We do not make a decision whether people receive disability payments. Social Security uses the information provided by our medical exams as an additional piece of information in their decision process.

Requirements
  • Active unrestricted Oregon Nurse Practitioner license and board certification

  • Experience or comfort performing mental status examinations

  • Ability to work independently 12 Saturdays per month (8:00 AM 6:00 PM)

  • Strong documentation skills and objective professional evaluation approach
