Job Summary
To enter data into the computer system for production of contracts for the resorts Account Services In-house Sales Asset Recovery Telesales and Customer Service by performing the following duties.
DUTIES
- Track prepares sorts received data (proposals) and source documents.
- Compile sorts and verifies accuracy of contract data to be entered.
- Contact preparers of source documents to resolve questions/missing data.
- Enter alphabetic and numeric data from data & source documents into computer following format displayed on screen and enters necessary codes.
- Record completed work and respond to inquire regarding entered data
- Transfer entered information into database and input information on spreadsheet of work completed.
- Print and prepare documents for mailing by highlighting or putting sign here and return stickers on the documents. Also marking where owners witness and notary sign and notary stamp the documents.
- Print ID cards binders & books and obtain correct POS book to mailed out by selected carrier and fill out necessary documents for mailing.
- Spot verify documents for accuracy of the names full addresses and figures ensure mail out codes.
- Respond to inquiries regarding entered data and handles customer service calls regarding documents.
- Create daily owner email address reports.
- Reprint documents for name change corrections missing owners signature or possible notary problem requests received from email or CSD.
- Process five (5) types of addendums approved by management and received from the resorts
Account Services In house Sales Asset Recovery Telesales Customer Service Document
Management or the owners. - Process the necessary paperwork on Upg-N-DP / $ Mtg Mods for owners who received option letters to lower interest rates.
- Charge additional down payments and process option when money is posted.
- Process documents for the additional principal (AP) reports daily.
- Print payment history for each account which status is Escrow submitted released and deeded.
- Calculate unused portions of Credit life or IU insurance and calculate new monthly payment.
- Help with other positions including reprints of Customer Service Desk ticket (CSD) issues print ID cards or specials projects when needed as designated by the manager or lead.

Computer literate.
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a high-pressured environment.
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks as the same time.
- One year of operational experience in the Time share Industry.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Must have good customer services skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school graduate and one year of operational experience in the Timeshare industry.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
English speaking bilingual a plus. Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to present information to owners and team members.
