Our team in Austin TX is looking for a Contract Development Analyst.

Position will support the Structural Heart (SH) Business Unit.

This is a fully onsite role.

Were seeking a Contract Development Analyst to join our team supporting theStructural Heart (SH)business unit. This role is heavily focused oncontract drafting contract negotiations redlining and sales partnership working closely with Sales Legal and cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are structured to support business goals while minimizing risk. The ideal candidate must proactively research analyze and interpret data to produce substantiated recommendations and to work effectively in a high-pressure high-demand sales support environment.

What Youll Work On

  • Lead negotiation of business terms with external customers ensuring alignment with corporate policies and risk tolerance.

  • Own end-to-end contract development including drafting cross-functional review approvals and final customer delivery.

  • Partner with Legal and cross-functional teams to finalize contract language and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

  • Perform deal modeling and pricing analysis using historical data market trends and competitive insights.

  • Ensure accurate contract execution including system setup pricing loads approval tracking and data integrity.

  • Manage complex agreement structures (e.g. rebates consignment compliance commitments GPO/IDN implementations).

  • Lead the RFP process including drafting evaluation and submission coordination.

  • Support and train sales teams on contracting tools policies and negotiation strategies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING

  • Bachelors Degree OR An equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of combined experience in business accounting or finance.

  • Advanced Excel skills with ability to develop custom pricing and deal models; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.

  • Preferred Experience with Salesforce CLM CPQ SAP Power BI Copilot Smartsheet and contract workflow tools (e.g. Conga DocuSign).
