Responsibilities
The Contract Coordinator - Materials Management role is critical in driving cost savings ensuring contract compliance and supporting Community Health Systems (CHS) strategic goals through effective contract management and optimization. This role is responsible for optimizing supply and service contracts supporting material management operations across the hospital system and analyzing negotiating and implementing contracts with suppliers.
Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required

  • Bachelors Degree preferred

Experience

  • 3 years of related experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
