Job Summary

ROLE OVERVIEW
Pivot Energyseeksa highly organized detail-oriented operations professional to join the Origination team as Contract Associate Sales Operations. This roleis responsible foroverseeing Origination agreements document workflows due diligence coordination easement execution and system accuracy across Pivots origination pipeline. The Contract Associate Sales Operations will serve as a key operational bridge between Origination Legal PDE and external partners to ensure that all land title and contractual documentation isaccurate completetimely andproperly stored.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own Contract Check-In Process:Review QA/QC and route solar leases amendments terminations and related agreements forexecution for the Origination teams.

  • Manage title report ordering & document recording processes. Manage 3rdparty relationships with title report and recording services. Manageassociatedinvoicing.

  • Coordinateadditionallegal documentation needs with Pivots Legal discrepancies with deed/title and lease agreements.

  • Maintain cleanaccuratedigital and physical filing systems for leases and other contracts.

  • Support the Territory Manager Easements viatracking easement negotiations landowner outreach documentation status and keymilestones

  • Overseelogisticsfor team retreats and summits.

  • Assistwith miscellaneous/special/high-level projects asdeterminedbyOriginationsleadership includingprojects for the otherteamsas necessary.

  • Optimizeand automate administrative processes.

  • Compile theinitialmonthly project commission list forOriginations Leadership.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • 0-3 Years of Experience in Administration Operations or Business Environments

  • Experience with using AI and automations

  • Exceptional attention to detail in high-volume document-driven environments

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Active notary license

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES

  • Experience reviewing legal land and title documents

  • Title and due diligence experience

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Smartsheet and Asana

  • Familiarity with Google Earth and/or ArcGIS

$60000 - $80000 a year
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The estimated base salary range for this position is $60000-$80000 depending on relevant experience along with eligibility for the companys substantial bonus plan with a target bonus of 30% of annual salary (prorated in first year based on start date).
