Where is the work:
Monday to Thursday work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays choose your work location balancing what your work requires.The Role:
Contract Analyst reporting directly to the Territory Leader Contract Management Trane Commercial North America.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide support to Commercial Sales Offices in completion of essential bid documentation.
Conduct review of all customer documents referred to the Contract Management department.
Check submitted documents for completeness and compliance with Company policy.
This position will help our sales organization close more profitable business while managing exposure to risks inherent with all bid and contract documents.
Conduct initial review of customer agreement referred to department by both WorkSight and Sales Offices to determine method of acknowledgement of customer agreement.
Analyze department metrics and complete quarterly report to Executive Management. Provide administrative support for the department.
Occasionally travel to Trane North America commercial sales offices to enhance business relationships and market and train on the Contract Management processes and policies
Provide ongoing virtual training to GTP classes as well as commercial sales offices on the Contract Management process and policies.
Qualifications:
Has strong knowledge of commonly used business concepts practices and procedures. HVAC industry experience is preferred but not required.
Requires associate degree in business legal studies paralegal or related field. Bachelors Degree is preferred.
Experience making presentations to large and small groups of people preferred.
Ability to quickly read and understand complex documents and contracts required.
Ability to apply well-developed written and oral communication skills required.
Must be able to apply well-developed personal computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment required.
Must be able to meet short and long term deadlines and goals.
Ability to exercise good judgment required.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
