Continuous Improvement Manager Site Lead

Job Summary
Thomson Power Systems(a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the Power Generation Industry for over 50 years. As we expand into a new facility near Arlington TX were seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement Site Leader to work closely with our Plant Manager and the other leaders to build and grow this new facility.
This role partners directly with the Plant Manager and site leadership to establish daily management routines standard work visual controls and sustainable continuous improvement practices. You will be highly visible on the shop floor coaching leaders and operators driving problem-solving and turning ideas into practical improvements.
We are looking for a change agent who challenges the status quo with respect leverages data and technology and builds simple scalable processes that improve safety quality delivery cost inventory and engagement.
Build and implement daily management systems standard work visual controls and accountability routines
Lead shop-floor engagementobserve work coach teams and reinforce behaviors
Facilitate improvement events to reduce waste improve flow and drive performance
Partner cross-functionally (Operations Quality Engineering Supply Chain EHS HR) to build scalable processes
Use data and digital tools to improve operational performance
Develop problem-solving capability (root cause analysis action planning follow-through)
Lead value stream mapping process design and continuous improvement roadmaps
Track and sustain improvement initiatives and results
Train and coach leaders to embed continuous improvement into daily work
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Supply Chain Business or related field
5 years in manufacturing operations or continuous improvement
Hands-on experience implementing lean principles in a plant environment
Strong shop-floor presence and ability to coach all levels
Knowledge of lean tools (VSM 5S/6S standard work visual management root cause analysis)
Ability to translate strategy into daily execution
Strong communication facilitation and influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or equivalent experience
Experience with plant startups transformations or new line installations
Familiarity with digital manufacturing tools ERP/MES systems or automation
Experience in industrial electrical or discrete manufacturing environments
Proven ability to develop leaders and sustain operating systems
