• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives
• Facilitate Kaizen Events Value Stream Mapping and Rapid Improvement Workshops
• Deploy tools such as DMAIC A3 Fishbone Analysis 5 Whys SPC and FMEA
• Deliver measurable productivity improvements and sustainable cost savings
• Create a culture where employees actively participate in problem-solving and process improvement

• Coach mentor and develop future leaders
