Location: 2347 Kratzer Rd Harrisonburg VA 22802Salary: $60000 - $70000 based on experienceWhat Youll DoSupport and execute continuous improvement projects by collecting and analyzing data identifying improvement opportunities and assisting with implementation effortsConduct process audits monitor improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with established procedures and operational update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while providing training on new processes and continuous improvement methodologiesAnalyze operational performance data perform root cause analysis and develop recommendations to improve efficiency quality and or support Kaizen and SMED events while maintaining a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to collaborate with operators engineering and leadership teamsWhat You BringAssociates degree in Business Engineering Manufacturing or a STEM related field with 5 years of relevant experience; Bachelors degree preferredExperience supporting continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing Kaizen SMED 5S or similar methodologiesStrong analytical problem solving and root cause analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvementsExcellent communication training and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organizationStrong organizational skills attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools
