• When an insurance claim comes in this individual will be responsible for all communication with the customer content adjuster and any other related parties.
• This individual will be responsible for the content process:
  • Inventorying
  • Packing items correctly
  • Storing items correctly
  • Overseeing/participating in cleaning of items
  • Transporting items
• Maintains proper packing & cleaning supplies at all times
• Submits proper documentation for contents estimates (inventory reports photos etc.) as needed for payment on content jobs
• Manages cleaning technicians and ensures proper work performance in cleaning
• Practices continuous improvement by identifying ways to improve the cleaning or content process
• Ensures contents are in proper storage vaults or containers in a proper way
• Assist team members with tasks as needed
• Oversees the Paul Davis warehouse ensuring its organized and maintained properly
• Accepts deliveries of construction materials and ensures they are labeled and properly stored until needed
