• Manage contents and cleaning crews and jobs according to SERVPRO procedures
• Perform job estimates and scope services
• Review job scopes to ensure accuracy and to ensure staff is prepared with necessary supplies and equipment
• Assign crews and coordinate work for cleaning jobs and customer contents packouts and packbacks
• Supervise Team activity and monitor jobs from start to finish
• Establish rapport and reliably communicate with commercial and residential customers and insurance representatives
• Keep Contents Manager and Contents Project Coordinator updated on job progress
• Resolve problems quickly as they arise
• Manage job file documentation job profitability and efficiency
• Review final job paperwork including scope estimate job diary and work orders

• Restoration cleaning experience
• Shipping/receiving and inventory management
• Contents packing and moving experience
• Ability to travel locally and between NC and SC on day trips
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check subject to applicable laws
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Accurate math skills

• Exposure to cleaning products and chemicals
• Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights
• Ability to access and work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces attics)
• Ability to walk stand sit and drive for long periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push pull lift and carry objects
