• Clean and sanitize homes and residential properties after damage or restoration work.
• Perform general cleaning including floors walls ceilings cabinets furniture and other surfaces.
• Remove debris damaged materials and contents as directed.
• Pack organize clean and move household contents when needed.
• Assist with water fire smoke and other restoration projects.
• Use cleaning equipment tools and products safely and properly.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Protect customers belongings and property while working.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners and customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
• Complete job documentation and follow instructions from the project manager or supervisor.
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.

• Valid drivers license

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights work in tight spaces (e.g. crawl spaces attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
