Content Specialist Podcast & Video

As Content Specialist you will play a key role in supporting the Director of Brand Marketing & Strategic Partnerships for primarily Ballard Designs. Your primary focus will be on video and audio production podcast creation and content development. You will manage technical aspects of video editing audio engineering and production workflows while also contributing to writing and copy needs for campaigns and brand storytelling. This role is ideal for a creative detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and a passion for multimedia content.

Video Production & Editing:Manage video production and editing for brand campaigns product launches and storytelling initiatives. Ensure high-quality engaging content aligned with brand standards.

Audio Production & Technical Support:Oversee audio recording editing and engineering for podcasts video content and other brand assets. Maintain technical quality and troubleshoot issues.

Podcast Production:Support the creation editing and publishing of podcasts. Coordinate logistics manage production schedules and ensure seamless delivery.

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Final Cut Pro) and audio editing tools (e.g. Audacity Pro Tools).
• Strong technical skills in video and audio production including equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience with podcast production from recording to publishing.
• Excellent writing and copyediting skills; ability to craft clear engaging scripts and content.
• Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
