Content Project Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee the development production and maintenance of support and onboarding content for customers and internal teams.
Transform complex workflows into clear accessible materials.
Maintain an organized and current content library.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Platform Marketing Customer Success Sales and Research.
Manage survey feedback ensuring insights reach the appropriate teams for timely follow-up.
