Job Location: Fully Remote
Job Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $33 - $37 per hour
Position Overview
The Content Marketing Specialist will develop and manage content across social media email web and other marketing channels while supporting lead generation SEO analytics events recruitment marketing and sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 35 years of B2B marketing experience strong writing and content-creation skills and a proven ability to grow and engage social media audiences of 20000 followers.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage content for social media email blogs case studies webinars sales materials and internal communications.
Manage Frascos LinkedIn Facebook Instagram TikTok and YouTube channels.
Develop content calendars and strategies to increase reach engagement and follower growth.
Manage LinkedIn campaigns and support lead-generation and prospecting initiatives.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospects and support Sales.
Conduct website audits and support SEO website optimization and content updates.
Track social media website campaign and lead-generation performance.
Develop marketing dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations.
Support recruitment marketing employer branding webinars conferences and events.
Create presentations brochures one-pagers sales sheets graphics videos and other marketing collateral.
Collaborate with Marketing Sales Operations HR and Training on cross-functional initiatives.
