Content and Data Analyst St. Louis MOWe are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Content and Data Analyst to help manage the quality and integrity of product information across our this role youll go beyond maintaining product information. Youll analyze data from multiple sources investigate discrepancies identify root causes evaluate customer requirements and recommend solutions that improve product-data quality business processes and the customer Youll DoAnalyze product and content data across multiple systems and identify discrepancies trends and data-quality investigate complex product-information issues and determine or recommend appropriate data audits and reconcile information across Microsoft D365 internal databases ecommerce platforms customer systems and root causes of recurring data issues and recommend process and control reports dashboards trackers and analytical tools that support business new-item and product-change information for completeness accuracy and downstream customer product-data requirements and recommend solutions that balance customer and business ecommerce catalog proof and customer-facing product information for accuracy and as a product-content and data-quality resource to cross-functional business improvements to product-data standards processes workflows and manage assigned data and content initiatives and communicate findings and recommendations to Youll BringBachelors degree in a related field and 35 years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and analytical and problem-solving ability to exercise independent judgment when investigating and resolving business or data Excel and data-analysis identifying trends reconciling data performing root-cause analysis and developing written and verbal communication to independently manage priorities and with Microsoft D365 PIM systems Power BI ecommerce platforms customer portals or similar business applications is Join UsYoull have an opportunity to influence how product information is managed throughout the organization.
