The Contact Center Advisor is responsible for responding to all telephonic sales related consumer inquiries identifying qualified prospects providing rate quotes and enrolling eligible consumers telephonically. Responsible for upselling and/or cross-selling products providing guidance on insurance coverage selling policies and conducting appropriate follow-up calls.

Education:

• High School Diploma (required)

Certification:

• Must obtain L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 60 days of hire.

Experience:

• 1 year of prior sales experience (required)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $17.31/HR $28.85/HR. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call overtime premiums extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities
