Position: Manufacturing - Consumer Goods Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $1150$1450 per completed task
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Build a realistic digital workspace centered on the Drive folders you use day-to-day. Include production reports brand P&L models S&OP decks supplier scorecards BOMs SOPs and email threads. Represent enterprise apps like SAP S/4HANA Siemens Opcenter and Power BI.
• Design multi-step tasks grounded in your real workflows. Require navigating multiple apps files and stakeholders to meaningfully challenge frontier AI agents.
• Collaborate with other manufacturing and CPG experts to design the environment. Shape task scope and review scenarios for realism and rigor.
• Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for manufacturing-domain agent benchmarks.
• Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking. Your work directly informs how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3 years of full-time experience at a Fortune 500 or comparable large enterprise.
• Background in plant operations production management or operations engineering.
• Experience in quality assurance regulatory compliance (FDA/USDA) or EHS.
• Supply chain planning S&OP or procurement/sourcing experience.
• R&D product development or packaging engineering background.
• Brand or category management with P&L ownership.
• Day-to-day use of enterprise tools like SAP S/4HANA Microsoft Dynamics 365 Siemens Opcenter Rockwell FactoryTalk Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking and writing skills.

Preferred

• Certifications: PMP Six Sigma Black/Green Belt CPIM CSCP.
