A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Consumer Finance Associate Attorney to join its fully remote virtual office.

Candidates must reside in Florida.

37 years of consumer financial services commercial litigation regulatory or financial services experience
Experience with consumer finance litigation regulatory compliance enforcement actions or financial services matters preferred
Familiarity with federal and state consumer protection laws including matters involving lending servicing collections or regulatory compliance
Experience representing financial institutions lenders servicers fintech companies or other consumer financial services clients is a plus
Strong writing analytical and communication skills
Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with attorneys across multiple offices
Excellent organizational and case management abilities
Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
Active Florida bar admission required
