Skills Abilities and Experience

• Knowledge of Washington County social service network and community resources.
• Must be able to work independently without close daily supervision.
• Consumer/family member of mental health and/or substance abuse.
• Must have good verbal written and listening skills.
• Must be able to interact with a variety of people.
• Must possess good social skills.
• Must have a willingness to enhance computer skills.
• Must have strong phone skills.
• Must present a professional appearance.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Essential Functions

• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
• Organize materials and daily time schedules.
• Conduct face-to-face or phone interviews with consumers and/or family members of mental health/substance abuse programs at service sites or at the Blueprints office.
• Complete office responsibilities (checking completed surveys for accuracy filing surveys appropriately submitting time/travel sheets in a timely manner).
  
• Attend meetings trainings conferences as required.
• Participate in organizing and/or attending CFST events.
