What You Will Do:
As part of a team provide comprehensive support to a federal organization to drive transformational change across a cabinet-level agency. Collaborate directly with senior level clients in a fast-paced environment to shape and execute strategy including stakeholder engagement internal operations communications and program execution.
What You Will Need:
The successful candidate will have at least 1-3 years of professional experience with expertise in the following areas:
Proven abilities and prior success working in a fast-paced environment with expectations to contribute to or lead workstream to help provide clarity and direction in ambiguous situations.
Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into tangible documents briefings and/or deliverables.
Prior experience in creating C-Suite level strategic communications and visuals (i.e. one-pagers slicksheets etc.).
Prior experience in communications and stakeholder engagement to engender alignment and buy-in across a large diverse set of stakeholders.
Prior experience supporting program management initiatives including reporting financial and resource management communications and operations.
Prior experience in preparing and/or facilitating client meetings and synthesizing data into high-level outputs.
Must have a minimum of a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (i.e. US Citizenship required).
What Would Be Nice to Have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group executives managers developers architects and subject matter experts.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects in addition to time-sensitive ad-hoc requests.
Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel)
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization approaches and tools
