What You Could Be Working On

As a Consultant at dss you may have the opportunity to:

• Work alongside experienced consultants and industry experts on complex client engagements

• Help clients improve operational performance safety culture and risk management capabilities

• Facilitate workshops coaching sessions and training programmes

• Support operational assessments and transformation initiatives

• Develop practical recommendations and implementation plans for clients

• Engage directly with client stakeholders from frontline teams to senior leadership

• Contribute to project planning governance and delivery activities across multiple industries

Who Were Looking For

Wed love to hear from individuals who bring:

• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills

• A collaborative mindset and ability to work in diverse teams

• Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic client environments

• Interest in operational transformation safety risk or sustainability consulting

• Willingness to travel extensively and work on client sites across the US

Preferred background:

• 13 years of experience in consulting and/or industrial operations

• Experience within industries such as manufacturing mining energy chemicals or heavy industry

• Degree in Engineering Business Operations or a related field

• Exposure to Power BI Tableau Excel or other analytical and visualisation tools
