What You Will Do:

• Technology expertise: Serve as a trusted resource for customers and team members by providing troubleshooting technical support demonstrations and training on GPS machine control laser and other construction technology solutions.
• Field service and support: Install diagnose repair and support construction technology products in the field to maximize customer productivity and uptime.
• Customer relationships: Build strong customer partnerships through proactive follow-up responsive support and timely resolution of issues.
• Business development: Identify opportunities to grow construction technology service repair and aftermarket business while helping customers adopt technology solutions that improve performance.
• Training and collaboration: Partner with sales and service teams to support customer success while providing technical coaching and training to technicians and team members across the region.

What You Will Need:

• Industry experience: 35 years of experience in the construction technology equipment or related industry with exposure to sales service training or customer support activities.
• Technical aptitude: The ability to learn troubleshoot and support GPS machine control construction technology and other advanced technology solutions.
• Customer focus: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships resolve issues and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively train support and collaborate with customers and team members.
• Travel flexibility: Ability and willingness to travel 3550% based on seasonal business demands.

• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
