The ProjectSuperintendent collaborates closely with the project management team to craft and execute a comprehensive plan for project completion. Responsibilities span:

- Identifying lead times potential challenges and safety considerations
- Ensuring compliance with jobsite protocols and safety standards and
- Coordinating effectively with stakeholders such as owners architects subcontractors and municipal inspectors.
- Based in Southern California.
- Minimum 5years experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction witha general contractor.
- A keen eye for quality.
- Stellar safetyrecord.
- Hospitality high density multi-family unit or commercialproject background.
