What Youll Do

• Lead on-site operations for ground-up and renovation commercial projects
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors vendors and field staff
• Take full ownership of schedule safety and quality execution
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Review plans specs and project details to drive accurate execution
• Proactively identify and solve challenges to keep projects on track
• Partner with Project Managers architects and clients to ensure success
• Conduct site meetings and provide clear progress updates
• Maintain daily reports logs and project documentation

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience leading commercial construction projects as a Superintendent
• Proven ability to successfully manage commercial job sites from start to completion
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable
• Deep understanding of commercial construction methods scheduling and safety
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with construction management software is a plus
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
