Scheduler Utility T&D & Substation

Location: Denver CO (QISG Office 1050 17th St Denver CO 80265)
Travel: Up to 40% domestic travel

QISG is seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to support utility Transmission & Distribution (T-Line) and Substation EPC projects. Candidates must have 5 years of utility scheduling experience in T&D and/or Substation projects clearly reflected on their resume. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining resource- and cost-loaded P6 schedules performing critical path analysis forecasting schedule impacts and partnering closely with project teams to drive successful project execution from planning through completion.

• Develop and manageLSM and CPM Primavera P6 schedulesfor utility transmission substation and renewable projects
• Build and maintainresource- and cost-loaded schedulesaligned with baselines and execution strategies
• Integrate inputs fromengineering procurement construction and commissioning teams
• Performcritical path analysis what-if scenarios and productivity tracking
• Identifyschedule risks evaluate sequencing and recommend mitigation strategies
• Produceearned value metrics KPIs and cash flow reportsfor project controls and executives
• Supportlook-ahead planning short-interval schedules and continuous improvement
• Maintaincompliant schedule documentationper contract and company standards

• 5 years of scheduling experiencesupporting utility transmission lines (T-Line) and substations required
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development
• Experience withLinear Scheduling large-scale sitework and long-lead equipment planningfor utility projects
• Familiarity withTILOS Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk or similar schedule analysis tools
• Proven ability tocollaborate with engineering permitting procurement construction and commissioning teams
• Strongcommunication and influencing skills coordinating across multiple departments
• Highlyorganized and self-motivated able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Education:High school diploma required; Bachelors in Engineering Construction Management Business or related field preferred
