- Manage reconstruction projects from estimate approval through final completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers insurance partners subcontractors and vendors
- Develop project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors materials equipment and resources
- Conduct job site visits to monitor progress quality and safety
- Communicate project updates and expectations with customers and internal teams
- Manage project budgets job costs change orders and profitability
- Resolve project challenges quickly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with company standards safety requirements and industry best practices
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience throughout the reconstruction process
- Takes ownership and accountability for results
- Communicates confidently with customers and tradespeople alike
- Can juggle multiple projects without losing attention to detail
- Enjoys solving problems and making decisions
- Leads by influence and earns trust quickly
- Understands construction processes and project management fundamentals
- Maintains composure in fast-paced environments
- Project management experience in reconstruction restoration residential construction commercial construction remodeling or related industries
- Experience managing subcontractors schedules budgets and customer relationships
- Ability to read construction documents scopes of work and estimates
- Experience with insurance restoration is a plus but not required
- Construction Management Building Construction or related education is beneficial but not required
- Experience with Xactimate DASH RMS or similar project management software is a plus
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
