• Work Location: Based in Anchorage or Fairbanks Alaska with intermittent travel to rural Alaska project sites and villages.
• Schedule: Regular full-time exempt position; project demands mobilizations and field activities may require extended or irregular hours.
• Work Environment: Work is split between office-based project management and active construction sites in remote and rural environments.
• Travel: Intermittent travel throughout rural Alaska is an essential part of the role and may involve air marine and overland transportation.

• Lead multiple renewable energy and infrastructure projects from contract execution through construction commissioning and closeout.
• Own project schedules budgets forecasts cost-to-complete change orders and financial reporting while maintaining margin and contractual discipline.
• Coordinate engineering procurement construction commissioning and long-lead material planning to ensure projects are ready before mobilization.
• Select manage and hold subcontractors accountable for scope safety quality schedule and performance.
• Serve as the primary project contact for village leadership local stakeholders internal teams and external partners ensuring expectations and responsibilities remain clear.
• Plan and oversee complex rural-Alaska logistics including freight staging barges air transport equipment workforce and material mobilization.
• Identify project supply-chain schedule and field risks early and implement practical mitigation strategies before they affect execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with applicable contractual safety code and quality requirements.

• Seven or more years of progressive project management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing construction infrastructure or energy projects through execution and closeout.
• Experience managing project budgets of $1 million or more including forecasting cost tracking and financial accountability.
• Strong experience managing subcontractors schedules competing priorities and project risk.

• Bachelors degree in engineering construction management business or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
• PMP certification.
• Experience managing projects in Alaska or rural Alaska communities.
• Renewable energy utility-scale solar electrical contracting or related energy-infrastructure experience.
• Experience coordinating remote-site freight barges air cargo or other complex mobilization logistics.
