• Project Oversight: Manage all phases of residential and commercial reconstruction projects to ensure on-time completion and budget adherence.
• Estimating & Scoping: Develop detailed scopes of work and prepare accurate estimates utilizing industry-standard software.
• Subcontractor Management: Identify recruit schedule and manage external contractors and internal crews.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners property managers and insurance adjusters guiding them through the repair process.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work complies with local building codes permit requirements and safety regulations.
• Documentation: Accurately document project milestones contracts change orders and job site photos.

• Experience: 3 years of residential/commercial construction management experience; previous restoration or insurance repair experience is heavily preferred.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Xactimate and Microsoft Office.
• Certifications: IICRC certifications (e.g. WRT ASD) are a plus but not required.
• Requirements: High school diploma/GED and a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Demands: Ability to climb ladders work at varying heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
