About the Role
We are a growing construction company based in Houston TX looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee residential commercial and industrial projects from start to finish ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and on budget. This role requires strong field presence bilingual communication skills a reliable vehicle and flexibility to work a demanding schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan schedule and manage all phases of construction projects across residential commercial and industrial sectors
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients subcontractors and field crews
- Conduct daily site visits and supervise on-site operations for quality and safety compliance
- Review blueprints specifications and scopes of work; identify and resolve issues proactively
- Track project budgets timelines and deliverables; provide regular updates to leadership
- Coordinate subcontractor scheduling material procurement and equipment logistics
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with crew members and subcontractors
- Ensure all work meets local building codes OSHA regulations and company standards

- Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle required
- Must be available to work rotating shifts 56 days per week
