Requirements:
Bachelor of Architecture Engineering or Construction Management
10-15 years experience as a Construction Manager with responsibility for three (3) or more phases of construction namely pre-design design procurement construction and post-construction phases
Strong construction contract knowledge and ability to mitigate risk
Excellent leadership analytical organizational planning delegation coaching communication (verbal written and interpersonal)
MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) skills
OSHA 40
Preferred Skills:
5 years experience in healthcare construction/ hospital
Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
