Nycom is looking for a talented entry-level Project Engineer interested in joining our team.

Job requirements are as follows:

• Completing projects on time within budget and most importantly satisfying our customers.
• Communicate accurately and in a timely manner with all departments within Nycom.
• Capable of understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; vendor follow-up; submittals; change orders; project close-out.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings specifications and construction processes.
• Ability to learn and use construction-related software and digital tools including common office computer applications.
• Ability to effectively build solid business relationships with Architects Facilities Personnel End Users and General Contractors.
• Skilled at: understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; MEP Coordination; vendor follow-up; submittals; change orders; project close-out.
• Degree from a 4-year college with preference given to Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
