Duties
- Assist the Project Manager in managing all administrative and technical requirements including contract administration change order processing submittals purchasing cost coding and closeout
- Provide detailed reporting and support to keep track of schedules and changes in construction materials manpower and subcontractors
- Log and track subcontractor insurance certificates W9 forms pay applications lien waivers and submittals
Requirements
- Previous experience as Commercial Construction Project Coordinator or Project Manager Assistant
- Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore project management software or similar software
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

- $60k - $80k a year
