Job Summary
Join our growing team as a Construction Manager in Nashville TN and play a pivotal role in shaping critical airport infrastructure that impacts communities and connectivity this role youll act as the key interface between design and construction ensuring design intent is maintained while supporting field execution resolving technical issues and managing design changes throughout the construction phase of design-build projects.

- Serve as the primary liaison between design teams contractors and stakeholders ensuring clear communication of design intent.
- Oversee review and coordination of shop drawings material submittals RFIs and NCR responses to ensure compliance with contract requirements and standards.
- Manage design changes (Field Design changes and Designer initiated changes) including RFIs design deviations value engineering proposals and construction-driven modifications.
- Coordinate technical support to construction teams and lead resolution of design conflicts constructability challenges site conditions and non-conformances.
- Monitor design deliverables and response timelines to maintain alignment with project schedule and construction milestones.
- Ensure quality of design outputs through inspections audits and support during testing and commissioning including accurate as-built documentation.
- Identify and mitigate design-related risks with proactive resolution strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular reporting on design status issues and approvals.
- Support commercial input for change orders claims and contract interpretation.
- Assist with commissioning handover and closeout ensuring completeness of as-builts and O&M documentation.
- Primarily located at construction site at Nashville Airport
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
- 8 years of experience in construction or project management with increasing responsibility
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (desired)
- Proven experience supporting airport or aviation infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Organized proactive with demonstrated success managing priority tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore

Expected compensation range is between $90400- $120000 annually depending on skills experience and geographical location.
