Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management Architecture or related field (required; no substitutions)
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification (required)
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting major construction projects in a construction management inspection program controls or construction administration capacity
Experience working in active construction environments performing inspections and coordination
Strong understanding of mechanical systems within construction projects
U.S. Citizenship required (for clearance eligibility)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting federal or VA construction projects
Experience working in healthcare or other regulated environments
Familiarity with construction management tools and documentation workflows
Key Responsibilities
Support construction activities through coordination with contractors and project stakeholders
Perform field inspections of mechanical systems (HVAC plumbing etc.) to ensure quality and compliance
Review construction documentation including RFIs submittals and change orders
Assist with project scheduling progress tracking and reporting
Identify deficiencies and support QA/QC efforts throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in project meetings and provide technical input
Ensure compliance with safety standards including OSHA requirements
$120000 - $135000 a year
