• Bachelors Degree inEngineering and at least (5) yearsof experience in Project Management withinthe Regulated Industry.
• Bilingual: (Spanish and English).
• Soft Skills: Problem solving excellent time management and Good decision making.
• PE License
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Experience in:
  • Construction and Capital Projects in Pharmaceutical or Medica Devices Industry

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Execute assigned capital projects from concept through closeout ensuring compliance with safety cGMP regulatory and company standards.

• Lead planning coordination and distribution of project resources and activities to meet scope schedule and budget requirements.

• Prepare and maintain the project itinerary/schedule forecasts cost tracking and routine status reports.

• Generate capital appropriation and justification documentation for assigned projects.

• Support and develop cost estimates for design equipment installation labor and materials.

• Coordinate engineering design development design reviews documentation flow and decision tracking with internal teams and external firms.

• Lead and support project bidding/subasta processes including bid package preparation contractor evaluations and award recommendations.

• Oversee construction and contractor activities ensuring alignment with drawings specifications safety requirements and project milestones.

• Coordinate daily activities with contractors and crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Lead project meetings and provide technical support to operations through investigations equipment assessments and design input.
