Construction Manager

Schell Brothers Nashville Division is looking for an experienced energetic and positive Construction Manager who wants to help build our customers dream home.

While we are newer to the Nashville area we have 20 years of proven success in Delaware and Richmond VA. Our mission is to bring happiness to ourselves and our homeowners by not only creating exceptional homes and communities but also providing an extraordinary home buying experience. Instead of being stuck in an office all day Construction Managers (CMs) get to be outside on the construction site interacting with both our homeowners and trade partners.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of four years related experience including but not limited to construction management or project management

Valid drivers license

Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

Proficient with MS Office Products

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Construction Engineering or Civil/Structural Engineering

Comfortable with technology

Positive and caring attitude

Outgoing professional demeanor

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Must be able to collaborate with other Team Members.

Strong work ethic reliable punctual and honest.
