Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Construction Litigation Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 50 Am Law 100 Am Law 200 regional and boutique law firms throughout the Chicago market.

If you have experience representing owners developers contractors subcontractors architects engineers insurers or sureties in complex construction disputes Id love to connect.

Ideal Background

37 years of construction litigation experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

Experience handling disputes involving construction defects delays design errors payment disputes mechanics liens surety claims and contract disputes

Experience representing developers owners contractors design professionals insurers or sureties

Experience with litigation arbitration mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution

Strong experience drafting pleadings dispositive motions discovery and trial materials

Familiarity with AIA contracts and complex commercial construction projects is preferred

Strong legal writing analytical negotiation and advocacy skills

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Illinois bar admission required or ability to become admitted
