What Youll Be Doing

• Coordinate and manage all phases of road construction projects to ensure on-time on-budget delivery
• Drive project safety quality control and regulatory compliance across township state and federal requirements
• Develop schedules track progress and report performance using project management tools
• Lead communication with subcontractors agencies and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignment
• Oversee project documentation change orders and closeout activities including final billing and reporting

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities solve problems and coordinate multiple construction activities
• Working knowledge of heavy/civil construction practices project workflows and field operations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with teams clients and regulatory stakeholders
• Ability to lead and direct work while maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Proficiency with project management tools and standard business software applications

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
