Construction & Collection Solutions Specialist

Are you an experienced mortgage professional who thrives on problem-solving relationship building and making a meaningful impact for customers Waukesha State Bank is looking for a Construction & Collection Specialist to join our Mortgage Servicing this key role youll manage the construction draw process while also helping customers navigate delinquency solutions with professionalism empathy and care. From collaborating with builders and title companies to working directly with borrowers on payment solutions no two days are the same.

Were seeking someone with strong mortgage servicing knowledge excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with construction draws collections investor reporting or loan servicing is strongly preferred along with advanced Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and integrity.
