Construction Attorney

We are currently seeking Construction Attorneysto work with some of the worlds largest companies across multiple industries. This is an existing vacancy.

• Draft negotiate and administer construction contracts including AIA agreements design-build contracts and subcontractor agreements.
• Advise owners developers contractors and design professionals on contract compliance project risk and construction law matters.
• Resolve construction disputes involving delays change orders payment claims defects and mechanics liens through negotiation mediation arbitration or litigation.
• Counsel clients on regulatory compliance insurance bonding and strategies to minimize legal and financial risk throughout the project lifecycle.

• 7 years of experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts and advising on project-related legal matters.
• Knowledge of construction law dispute resolution mechanics liens insurance and risk management.
• Experience in the energy industry a plus.
• Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.
