A leading national law firm is seeking a Construction Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing owners developers contractors design professionals lenders and other industry participants in sophisticated construction and infrastructure matters.

36 years of construction law commercial litigation or transactional construction experience
Experience with construction disputes contract negotiations delay claims defect claims and risk management matters preferred
Experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts design agreements EPC agreements and related project documents is a plus
Experience representing owners developers contractors subcontractors or design professionals preferred
Strong drafting analytical negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage matters independently and work directly with clients
Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
