Connecticut-Licensed P-2 Service Plumber

• $42$50 per hour based on service experience and technical ability
• Overtime opportunities

• Diagnose residential and light-commercial plumbing problems
• Repair leaks burst pipes failed fixtures water heaters supply lines drains and other plumbing systems
• Respond calmly and professionally to emergency plumbing calls
• Explain findings and repair options clearly to customers
• Complete repairs efficiently and in accordance with Connecticut plumbing codes
• Identify additional legitimate plumbing concerns without using high-pressure sales tactics
• Document every job with accurate notes photographs materials and recommendations
• Collect required customer authorizations and payments
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Protect customers homes and businesses throughout the service call
• Communicate with dispatch and management regarding job status
• Participate in a scheduled compensated after-hours on-call rotation

• Active Connecticut P-2 Plumbing Licenserequired
• Residential service and repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work independently and complete jobs correctly the first time
• Professional respectful customer communication
• Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record
• Dependability punctuality and personal accountability
• Ability to use a smartphone and field-service applications
• Willingness to participate in an emergency on-call rotation
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of plumbing work
